Congratulations to our friend Major Daniel Rodriguez on his promotion. Rodriguez, the former Captain for the Western District in Anne Arundel County, leads the County's SWAT response and is widely credited with creating a more responsive community-police collaboration model in Russett, Severn, Hanover, and Odenton.
